Registration
The Conference Fee: The conference fee includes registration, attendance to all technical sessions, opening dinner, two breakfasts, lunch, and two dinners. The rate is $210.00. All fees listed are in US Dollars.
Campus Housing: Accommodations are available at University of New hampshire Mills Hall, an air conditioned dormitory. There are single and double occupancy rooms. The single rate is $45.00 per night and the double rate is $35.00 per person. In addition, a linen fee of $35.00.
Optional - Rooms at the New England Center Hotel: If you prefer hotel accommodations, please call the New England Center Hotel at 1-800-590-4334 or 603-862-2801 and as about availability. If you mention that you are with the "2nd Annual Charles Warren Workshop," then the rate is $119.00, plus 8% NH Room Tax. Make your reservations as soon as possible as the rooms are on a first come first serve basis.
Optional - Excursion: The Flag Hill Winery Excursion is scheduled for Friday, July 11 and the cost is $50.00. If you need to reserve more than one ticket, please call University Conferences and Catering at 603-862-0863 or send an email to conferences@unh.edu.
Note:
The number of campus dorm rooms needed for this program is due to UNH Housing on June 27, 2008. If you would like to attend the conference and stay in campus housing, please register at your earliest convenience.
